As part of the Corporate Affairs Communications team, I led design strategy for both internal and external projects, shaping the brand’s visual identity. From motion graphics and presentations to print materials and packaging, I created designs that aligned with core messaging and brand guidelines. I managed end-to-end design processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that supported communication objectives and elevated the brand’s presence.

Concerts for Carers

As a way to give back and say thanks to our carers and NHS staff after the COVID 19 pandemic, O2 teamed up with Concerts for Carers to put on a series of free concerts for carers. Our marketing budget didn’t stretch to this however and so I was approached internally as my designs and key art skills were noticed by the marketing and sales teams. I came up with several ideas and concepts for a creative to roll out nationally and we settled on the one you see here featuring a nurse with concert badges and stickers emblazoned on her uniform. I created the key art from scratch along with the design. This was distributed nationally in print and digital formats and even made it to the ITV news!

Idea development for Concerts for Carers

The key art for Concerts for Carers went through several iterations before reaching the final design, as shown below. The third version on this page introduces the nurse uniform concept, but the colours were not fully on-brand, so we refined it into the design featured in the main concept.

Disney+ partnership

When O2 launched their partnership with Disney+ I was tasked with creating a suite of assets, animations and designs for the launch and beyond. This included external and internal communications and marketing materials and continued with launches for big events such as the release of Hamilton, Star Wars and other Disney properties.
