Doc Marten’s are a prolific brand with a well known product and style. I had made various designs for social and internal comms including infographics and animated assets.


Engagement Infographics

A colorful infographic presents Dr. Martens' annual employee engagement survey results. It features large percentages showing increased global engagement from 52% in September 2022 to 93% in September 2023, with a 95% response rate. The infographic highlights key areas such as pride, motivation, and commitment, each accompanied by star ratings and quotes from employees. It includes regional engagement breakdowns across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, and compares global commitments to previous months, showing small percentage changes. Further sections discuss employee feelings related to engagement and inclusion, with individual comments on diversity, inclusion, growth, inspiration, value, and empowerment. It concludes by encouraging employees to provide feedback and contact information for HR.

I was tasked with creating various collateral for DMs but mainly it was presentation work and animation graphics. Here are some graphics using the distinctive yellow stitching as a guide and a punk pop sensibility.
